Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use listclaims.garden and the services offered through it by Listclaims Heating & Air. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Listclaims Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We do not promise their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Comments on efficiency are general. They do not promise any level of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we match you with may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@listclaims.garden at any time.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Listclaims Heating & Air or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Listclaims Heating & Air is not liable for loss or damage from your use of the site, from any provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
